Weigh in....

Ok, I started this last week, to give myself a boost...
I weigh in at 11 stone! I was 10 a couple of months ago, then decided to drop 1 stone to get in the lower TKD weight catorgary. But for some strange reason I put it on???
I could not believe it, that was when I came on here, after seeing pics of myself in the Bristol half, I carried round an extra stone, not good for my heart or any of my body with all that running.
This last week I have been eating and typing everything down, this site tells me if i carry on eating the way I do I will be down to under 10 stone in 5 weeks, after each day i get told this, but in my first week I have not lost 1lb.... That just goes to show, I am doing something very very wrong!!
I train hard, very hard, when at the gym I am not one of those who sits on a rower texting, i sweat and work very had. I always push myself as much as I can when I train.
I dont get how I have not lost 1lb... I have eaten under my cal count, I have have a lot of muscle, so that should also help burn the cals???
I knwo I have to stick with it, but please, how can I loose weight if I am already eating what I should, how I should and the computer is telling me I am doing well and will loose a stone in 5 weeks??? Yet I lost nothing in the first week???
Please dont say it is muscle... If that is the case, I will never loose weight and always put on muscle... I have trained like this for nearly 2 years now, so it is not new...
Ok, gym today, cross trainer for half an hour, rower for 15 mins, then some bag work then press ups and such! several hours later Tae Kwon Do a full on work out tonight. Then walked home 3.6 miles and a nice pace that took an hour.
My trousers do feel looser... But all the same, when you start to get your diet in order, and eat the right way cutting out all the cakes and such, you expect to loose at least 1lb..
I also weighed myself last time at night... It is time to SCREAM xxxxxxxxx
Bugger.................. 11 stone.. Oh well.............. Going to have another hot choc (only 40 cals and have added it on my food)
