Breakfast Ideas? (Bored of Eggs)
I am getting a bit bored with my eggs in the morning but can't think of anything else to have. I am not a big fan of cereal and don't feel like it fills me up till lunch and it has to be something I can keep in work and make there (we only have a fridge, a toaster and a microwave). Weight gain with contraceptive pill
Has anyone had any experience of weight gain on the pill? I was only on it briefly about 20 years ago but found it gave me tummy pains so stopped. Diluting Juice confusion?
I'm confused about diluting juice. I have the Lidl High Juice (not sugar free cos I hate the taste of artificial sweetner) and it says 50ml is 18 cals. I Don't Get It!
I watch programmes on TV and read packaging on food and it says the average woman should eat 2000 cals and if they want to lose weight eat 1500. I am eating less than 1500 and I am either stuck where I am or putting on. I know everyone isn't the same but it is just really annoying to not lose when you are being good. Rant…

Eat More to Weigh Less (giving it a try)
I have seen so many posts on here about eating more to weigh less so I have decided to give it a go. I have upped my calories from 1,200 to 1,400 and see how I go with that then re-evaluate. Just hope I don't start piling weight back on again :frown:
