Diluting Juice confusion?

I'm confused about diluting juice. I have the Lidl High Juice (not sugar free cos I hate the taste of artificial sweetner) and it says 50ml is 18 cals. I was assuming that was for the actual diluting juice straight and obviously there are no calories in water but I have noticed other peoples diaries have sugar free diluting juice and they have higher calories than that. Am I working it out wrong or someting? I'm Confused!

I believe that the cals for 50ml is for the juice you dilute; water adds nothing
In other peoples diary it may say a different amount of calories but are you sure they're drinking the same quantity?
Similarly yours may need lower concentrations.
But the label doesn't lie (I hope!) so looks like you've found yourself a good one!

It says 250ml of diluted high juice is 92 cals, so I was assuming if I used 50ml of high juice and the rest water it would be 18 cals. But does it actually mean the 250ml is the high juice and the water and if so how the hell do you know how much juice to use as that would obviously affect the calories. It is not very clear on the label at all.

Okay well 250ml is with the water.
Does it say how many parts juice to how many parts water?
I imagine if you use 50ml juice it's 92cal, because it's usually 1 part juice to 5 parts water therefore 50ml juice (92cal) to 200ml (0cal) water which makes 250ml
