Elliptical
Hey guys I am just starting off with exercising on my Elliptical. I did 7 minutes on it last night and was burnt out. I woke up and 11 minutes and burnt out. is this normal for a beginner. Should I be pushing myself more or gradually working up on it? I dont want to hurt myself.

When it is the time of the month for you do you seem to loose more that week or less? Also how much do you gain during that time? Also, I have problems with my balance during this time...what exercises do you do that week? thanks in advance

30 day shred question.
I have hit a plateau and its really frustrating since I have a lot more to lose and haven't been at it all that long. I walk/job every evening for about an hour and I guess my body needs more. I started up 30 day shred again today...anyone do it twice a day and did it help push you past any plateau or milestone?

NSV at the Fair
Every year I love to go to our County fair. My favorite part is the curly fires and the pizza......I made it through 4 hours at the fair and my kids getting fair food without eating any myself. So proud of myself.....If I can get through the aroma of all that food and escaping it all....I can get though any cravings.

Hey guys. I started working out about 3-4 weeks ago. I have changed what I have been eating and working out nearly everyday. I am really nervous because I usually have my period every 28 days. over 600 calories left to eat .................
Hey guys. I have over 600 calories left to eat and I still have my evening work out to do. I ate breakfast lunch and dinner. I even had some snacks. I am not sure what I should eat to get about 800 more calories wihtout feeling like I could roll across the room. Please help!

First day with 30 day shred
I had been complaining to my husband that I was not sore for any of the exercises I have been doing. I thought I had been pushing myself, I did lose 20 lbs. I did 30 DS today and I think I will feel it tomorrow...YAY LOVE IT

Hello, I just wondered if there was truth behind the more you sweat the more you lose? Should I wear heavier clothes like sweat pants and hoodie while exercising or should I just wear a tee and my yoga Capris? Does it make a difference? Thanks!
