I make chili!!
Cook the meat. Chop up onions, put in red kidney beans, chop up celery, corn, and whatever else you want in chili. Have chili powder, half a can of tomato paste, half a can of tomato sauce, put in salt, pepper and other spices you like (cayenne) and let it simmer! The longer you wait the more tasty it be!0 -

Turkey Chili
Ingredients- Serves 8
Foster Farms Extra Lean Ground Turkey - Ground Turkey, 20 oz
Bell Pepper - Red - Large - Raw, 1 pepper
Onions - Sweet, raw, 1 onion
Generic - Chipotle Chili In Adobe Sauce, 2 tbls
Condiments - Brown Sugar, 1 tbsp ( packed )
365 Organic - Diced Tomatoes - No Salt Added, 1 container (1 4/5 cups ea.)
Hunt's - 100% Natural Crushed Tomatoes, 1 container (3 1/2 cups ea.)
French's - Spicy Brown Mustard, 1 tsp
Generic - Straight Up Table Salt, 1 tsp
Add Ingredient
Total: CALORIES1239, CARBS 123, FAT 8, PROTEIN 163, SODIUM 4331, CHOLES 225
Per Serving: CAL155, CARB15, FAT 1, PROTEIN 20, SODIUM 541, CHOLES 28
Directions
Saute onions, peppers in a tbls of Olive Oil.
Add meat and cook until done.
Add the rest of the ingredients an simmer for at least an hour OR MORE
I eat it by itself, over spaghetti squash or sauteed zucchini and yellow squash, baked potato 4 oz ( white or sweet)
You can add beans if you like. Just rinse them before you add them to keep the sodium down.0 -
