My hubby - 130lbs down
I just wanted to share this, I am soooooo proud of my hubby! He's a member here but doesn't really post on the message boards. This has taken a long time, slowly slowly over about 5 years but he's never given up and kept going. It goes to show that if you just keep working at it the weight will come off.

So I am trying low carb diet and lifting much heavier with strength training now. Seems to be working great and am still losing weight at a great pace and clothes feeling bigger already. For those of you who have done 30 day shred, what weights did you use? I've never completed it start to finish so am going to give it a go. Over daily limit on protein?
Is it much of a problem if I am over each day on protein? I like to have a big tuna salad for my lunch at work, and I use a full tin of tuna. According to MFP the tin I use has 36g of protein in it.
