Any obese to ripped ladies success stories or pics?

I look at some of these photos that ladies post and they have flat stomach, rock hard abs, arm definition and they look GREAT! I would seriously love that kind of body. I know that I am a long long way from it, over 40lbs down but at still a tad over 200lbs so it's a long way off.
But I would love to see some photos or some inspiring stories from those ladies who have got this kind of kick *kitten* body after losing a whole lot of weight.
