Photo one is what prompted me to start losing some weight, that was around Aug 2011. I think I lose around 10-15 lbs before joining MFP in Jan 2012 (Think I had joined earlier but not used it).

I've lost around in total around 45 lbs, most of it with MFP.

Funny thing is I still wear this top when I train lol. I had just got back from a walk in the second pic and my eldest son was sticking his head up my top and messing around and it made me realise just how baggy the top is on me now. So decided to take a photo to share with you guys. Think I have around another 35lbs to go :)
