Yay - stuck it for a weekend!

For as long as I have been trying to lose weight, my weekends have been my low points. I always feel I should be having treats at weekends, like taking kids to park and having an ice cream, eating take aways or fast food.

I would be healthy all week and then blow it on a weekend.

Well this last weekend was the only one I can remember where I didn't do this!! I have just dropped in to a lower stone at my weigh in on Thursday and I knew I would have been so dissapointed to be back up in to the higher stone after the weekend so I just didn't do it!!

I still had a couple of treats in the evening, but they were small and I made sure I was still within my daily calories goal.

And the scaled have actually moved down after this weekend instead of up for the first time every!!! Yay! I certainly enjoyed seeing the scale more down more than any of these high calorie treats that I didn't have so hopefully I can now get in that mind frame every weekend!

    that is awesome! i do the same thing so it's really good to hear you've overcome it! that will be my goal next weekend :D go you!

    Well done .... keep the momentum going and remind yourself when next weekend comes round that one weekend is an abnormality, two is a pattern and three will be a habit.
