Want friends to add, low carb heavy lifting please....

So I am trying low carb diet and lifting much heavier with strength training now. Seems to be working great and am still losing weight at a great pace and clothes feeling bigger already.

If there is anyone else out there who is either just starting this path too or experienced with it please feel free to add me!

  • Hi, I'm just starting the low carb diet myself, this being my first week. I am also going to start strength training, but I will be starting off with small weights and adding as I feel that I can handle more. I hope to start next week, because all I want to do is sleep the first week.
