Help about skin
orz no idea if this is the best place to post this. Over the last week or two my skins become incredibly dry, i'm just wondering is there any supplement I can take that might help this or some fruit or veg that's beneficial for skin? (;_; I already moisturize and stuff) Any help is appreciated.

Excercising specific areas?
I'm just wondering, i've been losing weight but it's not coming off my belly, legs or hips, at least in a way I can feel. Do specific excercises help lose weight there, or do I just be patient, lose more weight then tone up?

Scales?

Green tea
Ok I was away in England on holiday for a week and was a bit naughty on my diet, came home and i've been having 2/3 cups of green tea with honey a day, I got weighed last night at the gym and was down 6 pounds in two weeks. Is there any possibility that it was the green teas doing?

I'm sort of picky about food, and I've not been using all my calories. What would be a good snack food that would take care of any cravings I have during the day. My sister told me to try one or two marshmallows, but I really think they mightn't be good for that sort of thing.
