Scales?

It's probably been asked a million times but i'm curious, I was weighed in the gym last week and it said I was down six pounds since my last weigh in. I got weighed on the weekly scales we use at a friends house and it said i'm only down one pound, and my sisters weight watchers scales say i'm actually 6-8 pounds heavier that my friends scales. What one should I go with? I am a little tired of not being 100% of what my weight actually is?

use the same scale....if u use 10 scales you could get 10 different weights...get a $15 dollar scale at wal mart and use it once a week

    good luck

I agree with the above. Get your own scale and use that. The scale at my gym tells me I'm about 10 pounds heavier than I actually I am. My scale at home is cheap, but it matches the one at the Doctor, so I trust it.

I agree with everyone else, but I would also suggest weighing yourself at the same time... I fluctuate almost 6 pounds between morning and night.
