I've lost about 22 pounds properly altogther, and i'm just wondering, when will it start to show, I can't see any difference in me personally, i've heard other people say 'oh you're looking well' and stuff but ;___; I want to know when i'll lose a dress size or something, I think that will feel like an achievement? ;_;

Take your measurements. I am sure they have changed.

Set your measurements for tracking and measure every two weeks! You will be amazed.0

Wish I had a good answer. I've lost 64 lbs and only started to see it with this last 4 lbs. I think it was because before even though I worked out I was only doing cardio. Now that I'm doing strength training I'm developing muscle definition and that I can finally see when I look in the mirror.0

22 pounds is a great accomplishment! The best ways to gauge your success are by keeping track of your measurements and taking pictures periodically. It's hard to notice the changes in your body if you don't do either of these because of how gradual they are. Either way, you should feel proud about 22 pounds! Really, any loss of pounds is something you should feel proud of since weight itself can be difficult to lose.0

We are our harshest critics. Human beings have an innate ability to see our 'flaws' at a glance.
Look at this way - if others are already seeing changes, you should trust them. You would have already went through a massive change but because you're looking so closely at your progress, it's hard to see it as a whole.
I've lost 20 lbs and I sometimes struggle to find the improvements. But I guarantee they're there, 22 lbs isn't a small achievement by any means.0 -
CONGRATS!! Really, I was 330+ and now 275 and I just told my kids and hubby today that I feel like I'm at my fattest because I don't see it either! They say they can definitely tell, especially in my face. I can't but I think it's because I've seen myself as a fattie for so long that my brain is conditioned to see it that way. Because I don't "see" it, I've had to concentrate on the way my clothes feel (which is looser) and how I can move (which is better) and how I can last longer on the treadmill (which is longer - without needing oxygen : )!! So, I know I'm doing something even if I can't "see" it yet!
You'll get there, just refocus on the other stuff, just like you had to refocus on the kind of stuff you were eating! : )0
