Excercising specific areas?

I'm just wondering, i've been losing weight but it's not coming off my belly, legs or hips, at least in a way I can feel.
Do specific excercises help lose weight there, or do I just be patient, lose more weight then tone up?

    You can not target specific areas of your body for weight loss. Weight loss is distributed throughout your body and there is nothing you can do to change that.
