I'm Emma, i'm 23 (・∀・)

so, I weigh 246 pounds, and i've been attending the gym to try and fix this, I'm doing it for me, and for my confidence, and to just be happy. I'm only 5"5 so its not a pretty sight!

I've been going to the gym for two weeks now and i'm suprising myself and loving it orz.

My aim is to reach My ideal weight is something like 10 or 11 stone /140 pounds or 154 pounds.
(i've managed to lose 5 pounds in two weeks, is this good?)

  • HI I'm Tammy..I have been dieting for awhile now ,and reached about 72 lbs down at this point...I have another 35 or so I want to get down. I am doing this because I want to feel good about myself ,and be healthy ..I want to enjoy my grandkids ...my family and my life in general.. It has been a rough road, but well worth it....
