Just looking for tips

So while I was really in the swing of things last time losing weight, I managed to cut out all things fizzy, and was immensely proud, and didn't really miss them, i'd get a pepsi max once every two weeks because I did like the taste. However toward the end of last year I found that i'd snuck energy drinks right back in and was having them every two or three days, and since I cut them out again it's like i've been on sugar withdrawl for about a month and a half. Anyone got any tips to just sort of, curb that feeling?? ;v;
