Hi guys~ i'm just wondering is it an unachievable trying to lose 4 stone by april? (idk between 59- 74 pounds in that time?)
I'm sticking to my diet plan i'm in the gym around four days a week and I am losing weight i'm just wondering am I setting my goals too high?

Well.. I guess it depends on how much weight you have to lose. The more you have to lose, the faster you can lose initially.. but, that sounds like a pretty high amount to me!0

Well, give or take, that's roughly 5 pounds minimum a week to lose, which is a LOT. I'm no doctor but I don't think 5 pounds a week of consistent loss will be healthy.
For me, I assume I'm going to lose 1 pound/week (and aim for that), and anything more that is lost is simply a bonus! :flowerforyou:0 -
