TONIGHT WILL BE MY FIRST TIME
I did this about 3 years ago and lost 30lbs in 3 months, but I did it every single night or morning whenever I could fit it in. It is a VERY GOOD work out, but I know it will be a challenge for me in the beginning. I normally can't finish the whole thing when I first start. Tonight is the night! Wish me luck! Mary
