7 weeks to a trip out!
Hey guys, I have 7 weeks now to get my butt in gear and lose my goal of 7lbs (Mini target) for a daytrip out with the ladies for my cousins birthday! Sugar-free redbull question...
Do you guys find caffeine helps, or hinders weight loss? My little 'un is teething right now & I've been drinking quite a bit as for 4 nights Ive had on approx 3-4hrs sleep and I'm exhausted. Drinking my water too, but just don't wanna drink it if it's gonna have an impact on my diet overall xx

Sounds silly but...
Do you guys count the calories in amounts of lettuce/cucumber? I generally only have around half a cup per serving of each with meals perhaps twice day but wondered if you guys would count them on the log? x

Rest days?
I started running last week and have so far only had 1 rest day out of 7, I was thinking of doing one day run, the next jump-rope, day after run etc to try and balance out my work outs.. Do you guys recommend rest days and if so how do you work them into your regime? Thanks :) x
