Stop losing weight when doing the same thing all the time.
Hiya can ur body really stop losing weight if you do the same thing all the time so i haven't lost weight for a good while but ive stayed the same and the only exercise i do is walking and jogging. so is it because my body is used to this i am in a calorie defect as i eat between 1200-1400 a day most day.

weighing on a monday bad or good
So i weigh in on mondays but im thinking this is a bad idea as i have a take away on Friday with the friends. was thinking of changing my weigh day from a monday to a friday or would it not make a difference.

41lb lost and cant lose anymore

so i want to start strength training but were do i start is there any good dvds or websites to help me get started. ive got hand weights and my husband has very heavy weights.

30day shred for 30days constant plus running
would i be over doing it if i do 30 day shred and running twice a week. ive done 30 day shred like this before and lost 20lb but ive only ran for 4 months. i did a 10k race 2 week ago and it took me 1hour 25mins so ive had a long rest.

I need help!!! i just cant get lower than 176lb

so if i eat between 1200- 1500 i dont lose but if i eat from 1700 -2000 i can lose 2lbs a week hows this work out,.

Stuck on these 3lbs
hiya so i get down to 12stone 9lb than i gain up to 12stone 11lbs. i eat my set calories of 1500 and i walk for 2 hours each day run 3days a week. is my body used to this and is this why im not losing weight.

so im looking at running 3x times a week for around 45mins at a time then im going to do 3x a week of a DVD Jillian Micheals 30 day shred then ripped in 30 and work trough her strength training dvds. then Saturdays is my rest day so illl only be walking my dog. does this sound okay
