i was thinking of having porridge few days a week and scrambled egg and toast the other days.
are these good breakfast options.
or should i stick to fruit and fibre

Depends on your eating plan, but for low cal it sounds appropriate. For low carb, definitely not!0

Yep sounds good. I make my porridge with 70/30 water to milk. the milk just makes it that bit creamy.
I then add blueberries and banana. Love it. I eat a hard boiled egg after this too. Very filling and only 289 cals.0 -
