running while feeling poorly

So im full of the chills and aches should i still go for a run or is this not a good idea.

Everything I've read said states that you shouldn't run with a fever or with anything wrong below your neck. Stuffy nose? Run. Cough? Don't run. Stomach virus? Don't run.
If you have chills and aches, you probably have a fever. Rest today and run when you're feeling better.0
