I have never owned one, never been comfortable with my weight to wear one ( I had been overweight since I was 18 ) I was so happy to wear it out last night on a date with my husband!

IF you do it, or have done it, how did you get it to work in MFP with the % ? I have it figured out on PAPER, to match the calories I would eat, but the % are not the same . so do you not log it on here when you are doing that, or just ignore it, or what? Thanks! Tami

One year ago today I joined the gym, since then, I have lost
96 pounds, and over 70 inches ! ( I say over, cause it was 68 inches from the body parts that I measure, there are plenty of spots I dont measure!) I think that was a very successful year! I got these jeans the day after thanksgiving, hoping they would fit by new years, YEAH!! I am wearing them out tonight! I cant EVEN tell you the last time I was a size 12, I do think it was when I was 17 years old... 22 years ago. Holy Crap!

I have lost over 5 % body fat in the last 8 weeks!
I had my appointment tonight with my trainer, and since oct 11th , I have lost 5.4 % body fat, ) and 14 pounds since then) which is pretty darn good considering I am so far into this weight loss thing! I have the big buff guy at the gym that trains me one way, my Friend has the super strength flexi girl training her a different way. then we workout together and share the training, tonight we did my killer leg workout from My Big buff guy. I love sharing !

125 lbs ago, this was my goal
To be at this weight, to lose 125 pounds... 75 pounds ago, this was not. I knew I was going to lose 120 pounds ( total of 170) and I still have 45 more to go, ( at least) . why is it when I tell people I still want to lose

C25K Week 4 day 1 complete!
wow, that was tough, I wasnt sure if I could do it, but I did it! Granted I had more than 90 seconds in- between the 3 minute and 5 minute run, and I think I took more like 2 mins in between, but I did it! I cant wait till 5 minutes is a piece of cake! :bigsmile:
