One year ago today I joined the gym, since then, I have lost

96 pounds, and over 70 inches ! ( I say over, cause it was 68 inches from the body parts that I measure, there are plenty of spots I dont measure!)

I think that was a very successful year!
I hope everyone who is starting this new year with goals to lose weight and be healthy have all the success that I have had!

    how many days a week do you work out? Are you doing a LOT of cardio? What is your normal calorie allotment per day?

    You look FANTASTIC! Congrats! I want to weigh 140lbs too (20 lbs away I would say) if you can do over 100, I should be able to do a measly :huh: 20!
