Question about protien..
Ive been filling out my food log every day and have noticed that every time I am over on my protien by about 9 but well under my fat and carb intake. Doing fine with the calorie counting part also. Im usually about 100-200 cal under after including exercise. Is this good or should I be trying to keep it more even?
