Spinach & Garlic Pizza

I love fresh spinach and garlic. This recipe is my homemade take on the Chicken Mediterranean delite pizza from Papa Murphys with less calories per serving. Easy to throw together and very tasty! I left the herb chicken off, but you can definitely add some to it if you want it. They dont put much on to begin with so I dont really miss it without it.
15 Minutes to Prepare and Cook
Ingredients
1 low carb, low fat tortilla
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 cup fresh baby spinach
1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes (not in oil)
1/4 cup fat free mozarella cheese
2 tbsp crumbled garlic & herb feta cheese
1 tbsp grated parmesan.
Directions
Lay tortilla on cookie sheet and drizzle olive oil on it. Add minced garlic and rub it around the tortilla evenly with the oil until all of tortilla is covered. Add mozzarella cheese, spinach, tomatoes, feta cheese and parmesan. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes or until tortilla is crispy and cheese is melted and bubbly. Slice & Enjoy!
