Ive been filling out my food log every day and have noticed that every time I am over on my protien by about 9 but well under my fat and carb intake. Doing fine with the calorie counting part also. Im usually about 100-200 cal under after including exercise. Is this good or should I be trying to keep it more even?

MFP tends to go a little low on the protein, so I never worry about it if I'm anywhere from 5 to even 20 over.
Most people say to eat all your exercise calories, but then again, you've got others who say it's ok to leave some. Just don't make a habit of it, and don't have a big amount of extra cals.

Tell me what you are all eating, I am always under on protein.
I'm thinking about doing protein shakes.

Chobani nonfat yogurt! Each serving has only 100 calories, with 18 grams of protein.
I also have 3 oz of grilled chicken for lunch: 140 calories, 25 grams of protein.

I went in and changed my goals. I had set them so I was at 40%carb, 30%protein, 30%fat. Getting to that amount of protein was to hard. With resetting I am now 21 over and I feel better about that.
I am not trying to lose but maintain my weight. I'll see how this goes.

yellow pepper, funny you said about the chicken breast for lunch. I actually had that today with salad. I cooked it on a george forman grill. I've never done that before and it turned out really good. I had flattened it some so it only took 4 min. to cook.

I've never heard of the Chobani yogurt. I live in a small town so we don't get alot of variety.
