This is the SLOWEST WEEK EVER!!!
I cannot believe that it is only Tuesday. I am dying. Maybe its because this weekend is my birthday. All I know is I am soo bored. I have no motivation to do ANYTHING. Is this week dragging for you!?

I want to buy one on amazon right now, but I am torn and not sure which one to get. My friend has cardio max and the strength training one and I really like them. But I have heard great things about 30 days shred, What do you like?

Side Salads are HUGE!
I went to McDonalds today because I forgot my sandwich at home. I decided to get 2 salads and balsamic dressing. I logged the calories before I got there, and it said only 80 calories if I use all the dressing. I got them and they are MUCH bigger than I remember..

Gonna be good today...
Kinda.. I am going to lunch with a friend. I am going to get only a cali roll and edamame.... that is going to be really hard because for the same price I can get a cali roll, shrimp and vege tempura, a salad, rice, and miso... :cry: But I am going to be good..I never realized how many cals were in sushi!

Eating until Im satisfied...
Ok, so I have been eating until I am satisfied, and not stuffing myself full.. But I am having a MAJOR problem hitting my calories.. I have been eating like 7 times a day. I dont know if I should eat something calorie full and bad just to hit them, or be way under. I am like stuffed, and cant eat another bite

So lately, I have been feeling soo sexy and amazing. Last night my boyfriend finally said he could really see a difference. He has ALWAYS said I was sexy, and was turned on by me. Lately though, I am not interested. I have absolutely no desire for anything sexual.. Is this normal??? :ohwell:

1200 cals exactly...how cool is that
So I never hit 1200 on the nose, ever! Somehow today, I added up everything I will be eating and it was 1200 exactly... I was shocked! Then I messed it up with a red bull (sugar free) :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

I am not hungry....
I am still trying to choke down my lunch. I have been trying to eat 1 turkey sandwich since 2 (an hour and 17 mins ago) and still have half left.. I am so full..I dont know why..this has been happening a lot lately..if I eat until I am satisfied I only eat like 900 cals/day (maybe) I am scared I am going to stop loosing...…

How can I loose my top half?
I am very top heavy, even for my size now..I have tried EVERYTHING. No matter what I do, they never shrink. Even at a size 2 I was a full DD. At my fattest I was an F Cup. New and need to stop my love hate relationship with food.
I am 23, and my weight yo-yos. Either I eat whatever I want, or I dont eat enough. I run everyday, and am trying to hit 1200 calories, but nothing seems to work. So I am tryin it again, and not just looking at calories. I hope to loose at least 10lbs by the end of March.
