New and need to stop my love hate relationship with food.

I am 23, and my weight yo-yos. Either I eat whatever I want, or I dont eat enough. I run everyday, and am trying to hit 1200 calories, but nothing seems to work. So I am tryin it again, and not just looking at calories. I hope to loose at least 10lbs by the end of March.

    Don't set your goals too high for your health. Remember- Slow and steady wins the race. Good luck!
