I can't even finish LEVEL 1 on the 30day shred.
So I just tried the level one of the 30day shred and only got 8 MINUTES into it before I had to stop. Now I just feel depressed that I can't even do level one. Am I the only person that couldn't do it on the first try?

Eating back calories (another post AGAIN)
I apologise for asking this because it's been done one billion times but I really don't understand. I exercised my butt off for 800 calories and I was wondering if I need to eat the calories back and why? I don't see the point in exercising and then eating it back again. Please explain? Sit ups are BAD for you.

Logging exercise for absurd things
I don't understand why some people log calories for putting out the bin and other things like this. I only log what I have gone out my way to do like take a half an hour walk, and such.
