LOL, I go running! Seriously, I was taking a running class that started in the spring, and I kept up with it through the summer, even when it was 108 degrees here in Dallas, so it can be done (with LOTS of water :laugh: ). If you are going to exercise outside in hot weather, though, it's important to gradually acclimate yourself by doing whatever it is throughout the spring and early summer so your body adjusts gradually to the heat. Don't just go out and start when it is 100+ degrees. Otherwise, anything in a nice air conditioned gym.0
