Food diaries.

I have filled out my diary for what I am eating today, my diary is opened and I was liking some feed back on what I have today. What to change/what to keep.

I had so much meat today because of some left over meat from yesterday :)

    I think it looks great. You might do better spacing things out instead of just two big meals... you might stay full longer. I think everyone should aim for about 100g of protein per day, so honestly, you could change your macros so your protein is a bit higher. I'm set at 40/30/30 but a good start for you could be 45/30/25 or even 50/25/25.

    I try to space things out in the time I am awake.
    I wake u at 12-ish everyday,
    But starting tomorrow I am waking up at 5am :)

    Uggggggh I don't envy you. Is there any particular reason WHY you're waking up at 5am, or is it just because you can?

    It's because my house mate leaves at 5am and if he doesn't wake me up, I won't wake up till lunch time.
    Plus, I need to have an antihistamine one hour before before I do exercise and I am seeing a personal trainer at 7a tomorrow YAYAYAYAY

    I would agree with eating more protein, especially if you are feeling hunger between meals, otherwise it looks pretty good. At doing a 1200 cal diet I would also say it would probably be wise to always eat back all of your exercise calories too.
