Eating after weight loss...just wondering
I've been thinking about the "dieting" portion of loosing weight. Currently restricting/lowering calorie intake and working out to loose weight. Then when you get to your goal weight you increase you calorie intake to maintain, hopefully still working out. Wouldn't you start gaining the weight back? Is there anyone here…

I had put on a pair of jeans, and they were bugging the crap out of me with how big they were around my waist. So I decided to change jeans.... so I pulled the ones I had on off, WITHOUT unbuttoning them! That's good, right? lol

I know I probably shouldn't but I weigh every morning just to see what my body is doing. Yesterday I weighed 127 and today I weighed 130. Is it because I had spaghetti for supper? Leave it to me to need help.... lol I am going to be spending the weekend in a 5 wheel travel trailer with very little room to exercise. What exercises can I do for this small space? Very discouraged
I bought a heart rate monitor so that I would get a more accurate count of the calories I was burning during my circuit training workout. I just did a 55 minute workout and it says I only burned 33 calories.... Ok what is the problem, the calorie counter is in the pedometer mode. Does that mean it only calculates calories…

New guilty pleasure!!!
Wow my new guilty pleasure..... carmel apple yougurt parfait!!! Took about a half a cup of vanilla yougurt layered with1/2 chopped apple, 2T of granola, and 2t of carmel. YUM! Ended up being about 200 calories!

Weekend... not good
Well I didnt do very well over the weekend... we traveled out of town for the weekend and of course I never know what to eat when I travel.
