First session with trainer, question...

This morning was my first season with the trainer, I actual enjoyed it! She has me doing interval weight training. Love it, she had me do things that I didn't think I could do, because I hadn't tried but I did them.

How do I track that kind of a workout? I know I walked for 3 mins, jogged 1... did some weight training, back to the treadmill... 2 sets.

    I do half my workouts in a HIIT session- I usually log it as some run time and then break down of exercises that closely resemble the exercise- or I'll be lazy and just do all cardio.

    I don't sweat it too much- literally.

    I go with cross training entry in cardio. My trainer sessions are very fast paced, I sweat as much as I do when running, and it's way more cardio than straight "weight lifting." I have little break between exercises, and a lot of the time my exercises are time-based (specified exercise for 55 seconds) as opposed to specified reps.
