i have my activity level set to 10,000 steps. I normally hit it. This includes my workouts. IS this a good amount or should I be setting it higher?

I have been doing CIZE for about 3 weeks now. I love it but I dont want to over do it either. How many days a week should I be doing it. Right now I am doing it between 5-6 times a week.

Has anyone used their S Health on their galaxy phones?
I have the Galaxy 5 which has the S Health on it. It counts your steps and tells you how much you burn during walking. Does anyone know how accurate it is?

intake of calories
I used to have a fitbit (it broke) it would tell me to eat about 1700 calories. MFP is telling me 1400. I am still as active as I was, should I go back to the 1700 or stay with MFP at 1400?

I just love them! I eat plenty of veggies and fruits but I know potatos arnt great for you. I don't make mine bad. 1 potato (110 cal) , 1 tbl if yogurt butter (40 cal) , some salt and pepper, maybe a little cheese (30 cal) So how often do you allow yourself to have one?
