CIZE

I have been doing CIZE for about 3 weeks now. I love it but I dont want to over do it either. How many days a week should I be doing it. Right now I am doing it between 5-6 times a week.

    5-6 days a week is fine. The program is designed to be 1 workout a day, 6 days a week with 1 rest day. If you don't have a bb coach they are handy to have and the free membership to beachbody lets you track your workout with a calendar on the website. If you would like some more info on it feel free to message me. Don't worry I am not gonna push you to buy anything but am willing to help.

    Follow the schedule you got with the program - whether it's beginner or advanced.
