I'm trying to compose a good routine. Besides squats, overhead presses and deadlifts are there any other good compound exercises I should incorporate? I don't want to be working out for an hour and a half every night, so I'm trying to make the most of the time I have. :smile:

Scale is up morning after lifting.
Does this happen to anyone else? I'm actually up .6 pounds after lifting yesterday evening. Doesn't happen when I do cardio, only lifting. Just hoping I'm not the only one. I don't have a whole ton to lose and the weight always comes off VERY slooowwww....so just wondering.

I see people post all the time how they only lose .5 lbs a week, or that they've only lost five pounds, etc. Is there anyone else that really hasn't seen any change at all? Like in months?? I eat about 1,600-1,700 cals a day. While I'm in no way perfect, I try to make healthy choices with those cals, and drink more water…

Doh! Think I injured my wrist.
My left wrist feels sprained, and it came about the day after I was lifting. Not sure what I did. Any tips to get it to heal up quick? I'm afraid to injure it worse. :frown:
