What happens if you don't eat your BMR?
What happens if you don't eat at least your BMR amount of calories each day? MFP says to lose 1lb a week I need to eat like 2000 calories. That seems a bit high, doesn't it? My BMR though is like 1877.

Whey Protein and Constipation
I consume probably 2-3 scoops worth of whey protein a day. I've noticed that within the last 2-3 weeks (since I started doing this) I am constipated a lot. Painfully constipated. Could it be the whey protein? I've been trying to take fiber supplements as well to help with it. How much fiber should I be consuming each day?

Question for the ladies
What kind of excercises do you find are best during TOM? I get wicked bad cramps to the point that I can barely move. It only happens for like the first two days and then I'm fine. I don't want to slack on my excercise but I don't want to do anything that's going to make them worse either.

I'm trying to find out what is the best formula for discovering your calorie needs. My husband did one based on what he learned from the ISSA, but it seems high, but I do trust him. Eating healthier is making me sad
Before I started my weight loss journey I was a baking fool. I was in the kitchen baking up something almost every day. I love to bake. It relaxes me and makes me feel like I accomplished something. However I find I pretty much never bake anymore. Cakes, muffins, cookies, etc aren't exactly healthy. :(
