Light at home excercises?

Right now my workout plan is going to the gym on Mon - Wens - Fri. Monday is upper body and cardio, Wens is lower body and cardio, and friday I do a little bit of every muscle to stretch them and do cardio.

What are some nice light excercises I coud do at home for my tues and thurs? I figured it woud do my body good to have a little something on those two days as wel.
