What are some foods that are semi-low in calorie/carb but waaaaaaaaaay high in fiber?

I need more fiber in my diet. =)

One of my favorite things is a low carb tortilla. I get two different brands -- one is Ole High Fiber Low Carb tortilla, and it has 17 carbs and 12 grams of fiber and 8 grams of protein, and I think 70 calories or so. I get these from price rite. The other one I just recently got was Azteca, which has 7 carbs and 3 grams of fiber, so they aren't nearly as good.

The Ole brand ones are the thing that has kickstarted my weight loss, for sure. I'd have an egg burrito in the morning (holy lots of protein), and I've recently started making quesadillas with them. Spray a little olive oil on them and cook in a pan. They are AWESOME....and filling! Here is what I've been putting in the quesadillas:

    One tortilla
Hormel cook-off white chicken chili (this is surprisingly VERY good...and I HATE canned soups/chilis)
    Mexican shredded cheese

    Its devine :)

Other than that, the Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereals are high in fiber and are very good. They aren't low cal (around 200 cals per cup), but they are a good filling breakfast.

Hope this helps. Look around for the Ole brand tortillas. They are expensive, but SOOOOOO good.

Raspberries are like little fiber bombs.

Most of mine comes from whole fruits and veggies. I also eat wasa crackers which are low calorie, decent amount of fiber and very filling. I eat the light rye ones because they're not so tough (more light/crispy). I have 2 and spread either half a wedge of laughing cow light cheese on each or half a serving of pb2 chocolate on each.

If you have a sweet tooth, check out fiber one brownies. I keep an emergency snack stash and this is one of them but I find it difficult to just eat one!
