NSV- It feels weird
It feels weird to not go to the gym so I go even tho I've done a bunch of other exercise in the day. Plus being able to do exercises I couldn't before is always awesome! an this is not a NSV I lost 6 lbs. since 12/31 with bad days! It's happening and I'm doing it! Yippy! Yea I'm really happy haha

Which is better? anybody know? I have a gym membership, and have not been very active lately and i want to start out doing the best thing for myself, what do you all think? The aerobics class has abs and circuit training as well as low impact exercises. :happy: :flowerforyou:
