I have been doing really good about eating and exercise this last week or so, but I am having a hard time today for some reason. making these changes just rocks my world because i've relied on eating for so long as a coping mechanism and now that's gone, so I am frustrated, and just all pent up inside. I just wish this feeling would go away. I could easily go back to my old ways but I'm not going to, I want this more than anything and I just need some support. Please help me get thru this hard time, thanks Amber

    Amber you are doing great. I am just beginning the journey myself as far as trying to loose the weight. I have only started this week and I am finding it hard myself not to snack like I use to. I know that you can do it.

    Keep up the great work.

    Its the first 21 days that are tough. After that it becomes a habit.

    Good habits are harder to break.
