need some help please with a step machine...
I have bought a lateral twist stepper with bungee resistance cords from Argos in Uk and I have no idea how to change the step height??!! the instructions are useless!!! does any1 have this machine or know how? also the pedals are really stiff any1 else have this problem? thanks

vacuuming / hoovering the house
I have just been vacuuming for an hour really out of breath now and sweating! so I am logging it as a workout but there is not a vacuuming option in cardiovascular exercises only cleaning light moderate or vigorous , so what does any1 else log it as or do u log it at all???

too much iron???
I know this might be a silly question, but I take a daily multivitamin that has my RDA ( reccomended daily allowance ) of iron , but just noticed my cereal I eat every morning also has a quarter of my RDA of iron , so is it okay to have more than your RDA of iron?

sugar daily allowance
I always go over my daily allowance of sugar even though I am really careful! it's the sugars that are under the title of total carbs, I assume it's not good to go over your sugars allowance every day but I don't know how to help cos every thing I eat has sugar in!!!
