hi I am 29 & I have had a colostomy bag for 7 years now, I have a really hard time eating certain foods ( food I love I cannot eat anymore :-( ) & my stomach is just upset instantly with certain foods! i need to lose weight but exercise really aggravates my stomach ( like stationary bike ) so i try to eat good food but it just seems I put weight on even though I do a stationary bike or workout DVDs everyday! just wondering if any1 out there has the same issues & what kind of exercise u do? thanks

I don't have the same issues but I am the same age. Are you able to swim?? I swim an hour of laps twice a week and it works!0

Is it a certain type of foods that mess you up? like meats, acidic food, etc?
Have you talked to a doc?
I am wondering if you need low impact exercises?0
