HRM which one?

hi I'm not sure what HRM to buy, I am starting Jillian Michaels 30 day shred soon and I have heard good things about the polar ft7 & ft4, I live in UK & cannot afford a expensive HRM so I am looking on eBay and amazon but not sure what to go for, I only want it tell me how many calories i have burned off nothing fancy! do u need a watch type or a chest strap type? what do people use, anyone from UK? thanks

    If you want the basics, then Polar FT4 is your best bet.

    Def. need a chest strap if you want to to accurately estimate calories burned.
