not sure how to explain this right, but I have just noticed something when adding exercise that I have just done to my daily log & my sugars (g) total has gone back to what it was to start with when I started the day ( no food added ) is that cos I have just burnt off the sugars that was in the food i added that I had eaten so far today with the exercise i have just done ? am I being stupid is that what happens when u add exercise , I have never noticed it before??!!
