Apples sugar content...

i dont eat apples very often & i just logged an apple into my food diary & there is so much sugar content! it took me aback it was a Pink Lady apple & I googled it & they are a very sweet apple, I know apples have sugar in them but are they a good sugar or is there no such thing as a good sugar? what apples would anyone recommend me to eat that are good or lower sugar content? I live in UK thanks

    Braeburns dont have any sugar or carbs for some reason on the MFP Database. I am suspicious, but I eat them anyway just in case they are right. ;)
