Anybody planning a pregnancy?
Just wondering how this affects your motivation and your diet/fitness goals? My baby girl is 9 months old and I have lost all my baby weight but still have another 10lbs to go and lots of toning. But knowing I will hopefully be pregnant in 2-3 months makes it harder. I dont want to eat too low cal and screw up my hormones…

Homemade yogurt?
I want to try making yogurt in my crockpot but I'm not sure when to add the flavoring (I'm thinking honey and vanilla or fruit). Also, will the final calorie count be the same as the original ingredients?

Where to buy skinfold calipers?
Amazon has some for ~$3-5, shipping is double that. I've looked at Wal mart, Target, local pharmacy, Academy. Did anybody buy some at a store? And are they the best way for the average person to measure body fat %? Thanks!

Is it ok to use MFP default macros?
I manually changed my macros to 40/30/30 but i absolutely cannot hit my protein, and by trying I end up getting my majority of calories from FAT week after week. Stock up on cheap protein!
I know alot of people struggle with grocery costs, especially protein. Just wanted to point out that this weekend is a great time to stock up on lots of protein. With the holiday, all the grocery stores are running huge sales. I haven't bought meat since the memorial day sales so I'll stock up again until labor day :-)

Worth doing once per week?

How can MFP be so wrong?
