Calories burned chewing Ezekiel bread?

So I took out a small loan and bought 3 loaves of the Genesis bread. I'm not a picky eater and can eat anything if I believe its truly healthy. So...... please convince me this is good stuff? And can I toast or nuke it, or will I kiei:happy: ll it? Thanks!!

    haha My mom used to buy this stuff and try to push it on me. Well I went over there one day and wanted toast and that was all she had. So I toasted it with butter and to say it wasn't so bad!

    I've had 1/2 of their english muffin w/almond butter and also w/eggs. I make my husband's sandwiches with the bread- he'll eat anything :) I don't know why "healthy" and "organic" has to be so $$$

    I need to find this stuff, Jillian Michaels was talking about it on a podcast I was listening to. I had never heard of it til now!
