Hi so I always feel like if I go to the gym I will miss out on things with my friends so I always just end up not going because I don't want to miss out on any memories also what are other ways to deal with stress that dont involve eating?

hopeless
i was injured this year and now i want to get back on track. i just feel like ive been knocked down so many times before. i was injured because i worked too hard so now i just feel hopeless and let down. all my other runner friends are way skinnier and more fit i just feel like no matter what i will never be good enough…
